What if people were offered opportunities and practices to (re)connect with the most beautiful part of humanity, while providing them with means to neutralize certain toxic behaviors of those around them? To do this, it seemed essential to be able to practice, in a safe and welcoming environment, the experimentation, sharing and training of internal forces. Jacques E Tremblay

Jacques has been involved in the development of people, teams and organizations for over 30 years. The first part of his career was as a clinical psychologist working with patients experiencing serious trauma and their loved-ones. His interest in the factors affecting the health and impact of multidisciplinary teams led him naturally to a second career as an organizational psychologist, where he has accompanied organizations in various sectors as a consultant and trainer. Jacques encourages managers and their teams to build, with strength, courage and purpose, the organization they wish to be and embody: one where human development and business performance form a single and unique commitment. On his color palette, Jacques combines his experience in high-impact communication with the crucial importance he places on personal and organizational values ​​as tools for development and fulfillment. This palette allows him to be in service to teams and individuals, with the intention of making a difference as quickly as possible.
